Hey everybody! I quickly wanted to share a portion of my story since my clean date was recently! Nov 1 2004, 19 years ago! I’ve been clean longer than I used pretty awesome! I thought I’d die out there using. My using was during my teenage years, growing up around drugs was normal to me. So I thought I was destined to follow on those footsteps. I didn’t choose this path of recovery, my high power send me here! I got got caught !!! I was sent to jail, treatment center, then long term treatment here in Nashville. So that’s how I ended up in this program of NA. The program works, it’s not easy, but I just didn’t use. I used the tools and help available. I know this program and the people I surrounded myself with help me evolve and become the woman, wife and most importantly mother I am today. Keep coming back!
